As part of the new federal legislation passed on Friday, March 27, 2020, we have suspended payments and interest accrual on all U.S. Department of Education (ED) owned loans until September 30, 2020. Navient has sent notification in writing to all eligible borrowers. You can always check your loan status by logging in to your account.
